Keyrings & Badges
  • These items are not toys, and not suitable for small children. They contain small parts which pose a choking hazard.
  • The clasps on badges are delicate, and suitable for clothing.
  • I'd recommend avoiding attaching badges to bags and rucksacks, as they're liable to detach if knocked repeatedly.
  • If you find any masking tape on the back of the keyring charms (used in production), peel this off to reveal the wood.
Framed Prints
  • Be very careful when cleaning acrylic glass. Use only a microfibre cloth or warm water.
  • Do not use glass cleaning fluid or wipes, as this may scratch the surface.
  • True glass should be cleaned using a mild glass cleaner and microfibre cloth
  • Avoid hanging pictures over sources of heat such as radiators or fires, unless there's a barrier such as a shelf or mantelpiece
  • It's virtually impossible to keep small bits of dust from appearing behind the glass. Should you want to remove the backing and clean: unscrew the cord hangers and untie the cord, then un-tape the backing board, bend back the clasps and carefully remove the board. You can then take out the mount with the print attached.
  • Carefully wipe the glass clean with only a microfibre cloth or warm water. Once the glass is completely dry, you can reassemble the framed print: replace the mounted print, put the backing board back in and bend the clasps back down.
  • To replace backing tape, this is readily available on Amazon and very easy to apply. Simply place tape along each edge with at least 2-3 cm hanging over, then cut and tuck it into and over the backing clasps. Press down firmly and repeat until all edges are sealed.
  • Once the backing tape is reapplied, you can reattach and knot the hanging cord to the desired length
Placemats
  • Please avoid placing hot plates and dishes directly onto the placemat, as this may warp the laminate
  • Do not bend the placemat as this will distort it
  • Do not use sharp pencils or biro pens: these will dent and tear the laminate
  • Before storage make sure all moisture is removed from the surface
  • Store away from direct sunlight
