All deliveries will be sent as tracked. Larger items may require a signature.

UK Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked*
Allow at least 3-5 days for delivery.
In most cases parcels should arrive with in 2-3 days.

If you'd like next day, or a specific delivery type, please get in touch and I can organise this for you.

International Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked*
Allow at least 7-10 days for delivery.

If you'd like expedited/express international delivery, please place your order and get in touch, and I can organise this for you. Please note express international delivery will incur a considerable extra charge.

Returns / Exchanges
In the event of loss/damage during transit, please send me photos and your order number, and I will send replacement items.

Due to the scale of my studio, I'm unable to provide refunds. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch.
