This was inspired by the cover of Destination Moon, the 16th volume of Hergé's Tin Tin. I wanted it to feel like the clean, stark colours of NASA's Kennedy Space Center (especially the massive Vehicle Assembly Building), with elements taken from retro Sci-Fi classics such as Alien and 2001: A Space Odyssey.
